do you have any of the 5"(or so) figs?

I snagged 4 loose ones yesterday for $5 total.
I don't know a damn thing aboot these, but they're mighty fun toys.
I can't take pics right now either, sadly.

seems they're kinda pricey on ebay...like $18-25 each.
is that normal? [img]confused.gif[/img]

sure hope not, I'd like to get some more, but I don't wanna spend that much on 'em.

I don't have any of the figures, I've only gotten into it with the Model side of things.

I know the figures sold for around $10 new, so if they are complete, you did good.

The models are tough to gauge as you can spend anywhere from $10-15 for the 1/144 scale ones to upwards of $50-75 for a 1/60.

hmmm...
Hunk gave me a link to a site with TONS of figs/models/etc.
I was gonna try to ID mine, but I really don't wanna look thru 8 gazillion pics, and still not know if I have the right version.

anyhow, they're pretty damn cool toys.
I've been playing wih them almost non-stop.

odd thing, I can't seem to find anyone on the boards that collects these figs. [img]confused.gif[/img]
I know lotsa folks do the model ones though.

I think the reason you wont find a lot of people collecting them is due to the model forms that are available.

All the figures they released were prevously done in model format, and a lot of people like the idea to get the model they can customize how they like it insted of one done for them

you can kinda do that with these...
all the limbs come off, and some of the other gear too.
not as much so as the models, obviously, but you do have some options.
kinda bugs me that these have been around for so long (mine are from 2001), and I had no idea. [img]redface.gif[/img]
I'd like to get at least 10 different ones.

also, when I skimmed over that page I mentioned, most of the time, I couldn't tell what was a fig and what was a model...
maybe I missed something, I dunno.

I do like the fact they have lightsaber-ish weapons, that's pretty sweet.
they'll fit in pretty good with the Microman stuff.
